Shipping Policy
for Woodiycraft
The Shipping Policy of Woodiycraft is designed for customer convenience and transparency.
Our average manufacturing lead time for customised products is 2–4 working days from the date of order. In rare cases, certain orders may take an additional 3–4 working days depending on the nature of customisation. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination PIN code.
All our products are shipped through reputed and fully insured courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. We strongly believe in quality over quantity and strive to keep our shipping charges significantly lower compared to many other providers.
If multiple products are purchased in a single transaction, they will be shipped together in one consolidated shipment. In such cases, the delivery date will be based on the time when all products are ready for dispatch.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may leave a notification requesting you to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel from their nearest delivery hub.
Woodiycraft shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances, courier service delays, incorrect address details, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
