Refund & Replacement Policy

for Woodiycraft

At Woodiycraft, we strive to deliver products of superior quality and design. In case you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, or if you need a refund or replacement, please follow the guidelines below

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

    • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact

    • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

    • Personalised or customised products are non-returnable

 

How to Initiate a Return

(or your official support email).

Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Do not ship items back without prior approval; unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Replacement Guarantee

All products undergo 2 levels of packaging and 3 levels of inspection before dispatch.

We offer replacement for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Damage during transit

    • Missing items

To request a replacement:

  • Submit a box-opening video or clear images within 24 hours of delivery

  • Notify us within 2 days from delivery

  • Return the product (if eligible) for free replacement

  • Replacement products will be shipped within 7 working days of approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10–14 working days

Please note banks or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Order Cancellations

Custom-made, custom-cut, or personalised items cannot be cancelled after 5 hours from order placement

All purchases are made to order and cannot be refunded or cancelled due to resources allocated for fulfilment

 

Shipping & Delivery

Our average manufacturing lead time for customised products is 2–4 working days

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on PIN code

Multiple products in a single order will be shipped together; delivery date is based on all items being ready

Woodiycraft is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or if the customer is unavailable

Processing Hours

Our business hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday.
Queries received outside business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.
