Return Policy
for Woodiycraft
At Woodiycraft, our team works diligently to deliver products of superior design and quality within the promised timeline. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return.
For all return requests:

The product must be in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact.

To claim a refund or replacement, the customer must share a clear video of the package opening.

If a replacement is requested, the product will be replaced within 7 days.
If a return is requested, the product will be picked up within 4–7 working days.
Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be credited within 10–14 working days.
In case of returns, the refund amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase (online banking, credit card, or debit card)
Special Instruction:
All personalized and customised products are non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy
for Woodiycraft
Order cancellations are not accepted for any custom-made or custom-cut products after 5 hours from the time of order placement.
