Users are advised to carefully read all product and service information provided on the website before placing an order.
By using the Woodiycraft website, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Woodiycraft reserves the right to add, delete, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
All products are checked and screened to ensure they meet stated standards of quality, design, composition, and specifications.
Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Woodiycraft.
Woodiycraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, irrespective of order confirmation or payment status. Any payment received will be refunded, and the user will be informed.
In case of non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the user (such as wrong address or recipient unavailability), any additional cost incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the user.
If the user has any doubts or queries regarding these Terms and Conditions, they should seek clarification from Woodiycraft via email and wait for written confirmation before using the service.
Woodiycraft will make reasonable efforts to meet the delivery date and time specified by the user; however, early or delayed delivery for any reason shall not entitle the user to claim damages or compensation. Normal delivery timelines are mentioned in the product description.
Woodiycraft strives to provide accurate product descriptions. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur. If a product is materially different from its description, the user’s sole remedy is to return the unused product as per the Return Policy.
All content on the Woodiycraft website, including text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Woodiycraft and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and authentic information. Woodiycraft reserves the right to verify user information and may reject registration or deny services if any information is found to be false or misleading.
Woodiycraft shall not be liable for any form of credit/debit card fraud. The responsibility for fraudulent use of a card lies solely with the user, who must use only their own payment instruments.
Woodiycraft shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fire, war, or courier-related delays.
The user confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Woodiycraft shall not entertain complaints after 5 days from the date of delivery.
By placing an order on the website, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy available on the website footer.
