for Woodiycraft
This section sets forth the Terms and Conditions of Sale for purchases made through the Woodiycraft website. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
General Terms
Woodiycraft offers a wide range of products displayed on our website. In some cases, products may be out of stock or discontinued without prior notice.
Our average manufacturing lead time for customised products is 2 working days from the customer’s order date. In rare cases, certain orders may take 3–4 working days, depending on factors including but not limited to product quantity, size/weight, delivery location, and stock availability at the time of order.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, subject to the destination PIN code.
All prices and services displayed on the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid only within India.
Some product images may include electronic equipment or additional home décor items for display purposes only. Such items are not included with the product unless explicitly stated.
Sales Items
Orders placed for sale or discounted items cannot be cancelled.All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.No price adjustments will be provided for previous purchases.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not accepted for any custom-made or custom-cut products after 5 hours from order placement.
Cancellations are not permitted for custom-made, custom-finished items, or custom artwork designs, including but not limited to personalised names, text, or designs.
All products are made to order, and once processing begins, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled due to the time, effort, and resources allocated for fulfilment.

Woodiycraft reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the Terms and Conditions before making every purchase.
